- Give you access to your medical records (this may incur a small charge)
- Take any complaint seriously and endeavour to resolve it within a set timeframe

What do we expect from you?
- To be courteous and polite to our staff who will always try to be helpful with the resources they have available
- To arrive for your appointment promptly
- To make an appointment for each patient wishing to be seen
- To make an appointment for each problem you wish to discuss
- To cancel in good time if you do not need your appointment
- To remember that routine appointments are for 10 minutes
- To request home visits only on medical grounds
- To turn off your mobile phone as they can cause disruption
