If you have a problem that is potentially life threatening such as the conditions below, do not waste valuable time contacting the surgery. Dial 999.

• Severe chest pain
• Unconsciousness
• Very heavy bleeding
• Severe difficulty breathing
• Serious accident

Home visits

If you are housebound or unable to attend the surgery due to your health problem and require a home visit, please telephone the surgery on 08444 772564 before 10am. Unfortunately, it is not possible to insist on a particular Doctor for home visits.

Out of hours care

If you need to contact the surgery outside of normal hours, i.e. 6pm to 8am weekdays, during the weekend or bank holidays, our out of hours care will be provided by Wiltshire Medical Services. They can be contacted by ringing the surgery on 08444 772564, or on 0300 111 5717.
